Research the process, the methods of construction & planning, developing, financing, product design, etc. and develop a business with your own unique twist. Practice and record your practice for each step of the process that leads to the final project.

Part 1: Develop a product or service--don't start with "I want to start a food truck," but rather "what is a unique food product people would buy?"
Part 2: Find a business that you like similar to your product or service. Research the creators and the process they went through to create their business and products. Analyze and reverse engineer the business: what made it successful (eg. brainstorming processes, story boarding, collaboration meetings, removing hierarchy, etc.)? What's their business model look like? Practice and record your practice for each concept--from creating your business plan to developing your logo. |
Stock MarketPart 1: Find a selection of 8-15 businesses that trade on the stock market. Investigate a range of companies from successful to failing ones. Analyze and reverse engineer the businesses: what makes a successful stock? What's their business model look like? Create a portfolio of all the components of the business that contribute to its success or failure.
Part 2: Find a stock market trading game. start by buying stocks from your portfolio. Continue researching different aspects of the stock market (data analysis, trends, patterns, etc.). Continue to add your research to your portfolio on your findings. |
